One Off Robotics' trimming cells offer a full 6+ axis range of motion with expandable build envelope, giving the user ultimate flexibility in trimming applications in a variety of materials.

Our standard system is equipped with a 10 horsepower spindle, capable of milling a variety of materials including foam, wood, wax, resins, composites, aluminum, and stone. Along with an 8 station tool rack, the system automatically handles tool changes and tool length calibration, allowing you to queue multiple toolpaths without loading multiple files. Our system is also capable of being outfitted with a laser cutter or waterjet cutter for suitable applications. With a 2.7 meter reach, our standard system has a total working area of 55 cubic meters- more than enough to handle a conventional work area. If your application requires more room, this system is easily expandable to fit your needs with a linear rail or two-axis positioner.

As with all One Off Robotics systems, users have control of the system in their hand- all settings are ready to adjust on the KUKA smartpad. This system comes standard with the robot, 10 hp spindle, and tool change rack. All One Off Robotics trimming systems also come with a high accuracy calibration upon install, so you can get started with confidence. Option packages are available for two-axis positioner, linear rail, touch probe, and machine vision laser alignment.
