One Off Robotics' large scale thermoplastics 3D printing system is a turnkey solution to produce large scale parts from a wide variety of materials. With a standard deposition rate of up to 2.5 kg an hour, and high-flow extruder upgrades reaching up to 25 kg an hour, this system excels at creating large plastic parts fast.

Our plastic 3D printing system seamlessly integrates control of the system into the palm of your hand, allowing the user to adjust settings on the fly and get printing fast. Our system enables complex geometry to be printed with ease and is configured to work with any commercially available robotics additive software. This system uses standard plastic pellets, and is capable of printing materials at up to 500 degrees Celsius, unlocking the ability to print with high temperature materials such as PEEK, Ultem, and PSU. The tool steel nozzle resists scratching from abrasive material, and is available in a variety of diameters ranging from 1 to 5mm.

As with all One Off Robotics systems, we train users on how to use the system, as well as provide training materials upon delivery. One Off Robotics is dedicated to customer success, and offers support plans through the lifetime of the system. This system comes standard with the robot, pellet extrusion system, pellet dryer/delivery system and printing platform. Option packages are available for linear rail, one or two axis positioner, a higher flow extrusion system (25 kg/hr) and heated print bed. A combination cell configuration is also available to add subtractive or metal 3D printing capabilities to the system.
